VIP sitski race
The tradition will be kept. Like at the European championship 1993 there will be a VIP sitski race at the 7th nordic world skiing championship for the disabled too. Well known persons from sports and showbusiness will try their best in sitskis. Among others the following VIPs will go onto the track:
Former soccer world champion Guido Buchwald and former european soccer champion Hansi Müller, soccer trainer Dragoslav Stepanovic and Joachim Löw, ski jumping world champion Alexander Herr, the local nordic combined athlete Jens Gaiser, Karlheinz Förster and singer Oliver Thomas.
This race which will be definitly one of the main attractions of the world championship starts Tuesday, February 12th after the biathlon races.
